What runed orb crafted pieces are BIS for you?

I'm a member of the officer core of my guild and we're considering what classes would benefit the most from runed orb crafted items. We use a loot council system which focuses on giving the best upgrades for the raid as a whole, so we want to make sure that if we craft an item it is going to be used for a long time (as in BIS).

Can you tell me what crafted items are BIS for your class? Also, tell me what crafted pieces are BAD or equally as good as a drop.

The only thing I can really say is to check out maxdps.com for Enhancement, Elemental and Restoration gear for best-in-slot items.

All I know is that Elemental - once again - got royally screwed. Not only is none of the Emblem of Conquest items even remotely useful, but the crafted ones is as well.
