What runed orb crafted pieces are BIS for you?

I'm a member of the officer core of my guild and we're considering what classes would benefit the most from runed orb crafted items. We use a loot council system which focuses on giving the best upgrades for the raid as a whole, so we want to make sure that if we craft an item it is going to be used for a long time (as in BIS).

Can you tell me what crafted items are BIS for your class? Also, tell me what crafted pieces are BAD or equally as good as a drop.

For moonkins, from playing around with the rawr optimiser in the past days :
- Sash of Ancient Power should be the best in slot
- Spellslinger Slippers come 2nd to the BiS Boots of Fiery Resolution (Leviathan hard mode)

The leather crafts are inferior :/
