It's a bit of an odd question to ask as toolbar setup is DEFINTELY a personal preference thing.
I would also suggest as a rogue you try and get used to keybinding pretty much everything.
My own bar is:
1 - kick
2 - main spam
3 - evis
4 - slice
5 - rupture
Most of the other stuff I might use occasionally like expose etc is in 6 to =
The rest is on random keybinds.
Q is sprint
E is adrenaline rush
F is blade flury
T is cloak
C is Disarm
G is Killing spree
Shift+T is trinket
etc, etc. Learn a few useful macro's like the all in 1 stealth/vanish macro (it's common but i'll dig it out if you struggle to find it).
Get at least a 5 button mouse too:
Left and Right click as normal.
Middle is Gouge or Sap depending on stealth
The side buttons are autorun and Cheap/Kidney depending on stealth.
Mousewheel up is my mouseover blind (/cast blind) and Mousewheel down is stealth/vanish.
I THINK that's the kind of reply you were after? Idea's to improve your controls?
In my case (and I recommend them) the Steelseries WoW mouse has been highly useful. The extra 2 buttons either side of the mousewheel are my fan of knives and focus buttons. The "D" pad on the side has "stop everything" (like taping escape but no menu), a tricks of the trade macro, target nearest enemy and a raid marking macro (skull) as I raid lead. The small finger trigger on the other side is also killing spree so I can move freely and still hit it. Those reading about problems with sticky buttons - I had the same and i'll tip it here:
WoW mouse sticky buttons? (usually left and right mouse) slide a finger nail down the front of the smaller left and right buttons next to the mousewheel. You can push the nail down and feel the bottom of the front edge of the small buttons (If you can kind of hook your nail under the front edge of the button then even better). Pull towards the back of the mouse (where your palm is). Do it a couple of times and the buttons are perma-unstuck. Mine was &*!@e, messed with it, now GOLDEN.

Set up stuff for simplicity too, like binding relavent moves to the same key in and out of stealth, ie. Q in stealth is garrote, Q out of stealth is HfB, shift+Q is SnD. In this fashion you can have most of your entire rotation on one key to save time and fumbeling.
I know this refers to a muti build, but you get the idea.
Also if you have trinkets with 2-3 minute cooldowns you can macro them to your main combo point generator or opener so that in the fray of battle they always get used no matter if you think of it or not, also this usually ensures that they are blown right off the rip in a bossfight and possibly will get to cycle into use again before it is over provideing max dps.
