: Let's say the US wants to invade Ireland. If that action is denied by the UN, it's gonna be considered wrong by the international community. If said action is considered by the majority of the UN that it is the best way to protect Human Rights and the best thing to be done for the people of Ireland, it's gonna get accepted and considered right by the majority of the international community.
You're failing to address my origional point with your example. Whether the international opinion is for or against invading Ireland, OR the UN is for or against invading Ireland, the invasion of Ireland isn't right. The opinions of world governments doesn't make it wrong, nor right. The UN is not the deciding factor in morality.

Whos to say the invasion of Ireland isn't right?
Get this: there is no such thing as right or wrong, just different points of view.
The point of view of the UN is the one that has the more power.

I agree with everything you have said in the above quote (to some degree).
The problem I have is that the UN shouldn't have the most power... No entity should have "the most power".

There needs to be an entity with "the most power". It's our job, as a people, to make sure said entity is working the way it should.

Hmmm.... I can't argue with you because you're just stating opinion.
My opinion differs.... that is all.

Why does your opinion differs, what arguments do you have to back it up?
You don't discuss facts, facts are facts. You're supposed to discuss opinions.

My opinion is that a supremely strong world power entity that decides what is right and wrong, and is accepted unanimously is dangerous.
Your opinion is that it is necessary.
We disagree. What would you like me to explain.

Why do you think it's dangerous?
Also, I never said it was supposed to be accepted unanimously, much to the contrary, I said that it should be our job to make sure it's working properly.

Isn't the US founded on the idea that whatever the majority decide is right is right?
I just think you're worried that the power would be outside the hands of the country that benefits you the most.

No. The US is founded as a republic, not fully democratic.
And, to answer your question, saggy: corruption.

Uhhh... what's the difference? The senators are elected by the people, so essentially the people's decision is through them. And what they decide is right is taken to be right.

Nope... not always.
Oh, and which country is it that works in my best interest? I'd like to hear about it.

Corruption is a problem, I admit, but it's the job of the people to make sure that, if said entity is not working, let it be because of corruption or something else, we fix it.
The UN, for example. It's job is to solve international crisis, if the crisis aren't being solved, we need to go to the UN and find out why it isn't working, even if we have to replace everyone there.
