Firstly, I would go up the resto tree before the Balance tree so that you have some mor mana regen. You also did not take Balance of Power for the free 2% hit. You very well may be able to find some better gear in the AH/guildy tailor/leatherworker for very little money. Lastly, please go to the AH and buy some cheap gems. The green gems in the ah are 3 times as strong as the gems you currently have equipped.
