Lvl 73 disc priest missing all the time?

I've been doing a lot of quests in grizzly hill, and it seems that at least one time per npc I fight (sometimes twice) I miss using one of my damage spells. No certain one of them, all of them. It's highly annoying. What are some things I can do to improve my hit rating? Currently I don't have anything improving it.

Grizzly Hills, a level 73-75 zone.

At level 73 you will have:
4% chance to miss a spell on a level 73 mob.
5% chance to miss a spell on a level 74 mob.
6% chance to miss a spell on a level 75 mob.
17% chance to miss a spell on a level 76 mob.

And you aren't fighting level 76+ mobs are you? =p

So I guess it's "between your ears" You probably had some bad luck in a few fights, I know that feeling. It happens on my priest too. Like 15 mobs, 10 spell misses. :<

You can search for hit items but they are rare. Wowhead offers this nice filter which shows the rare amount of hit items, so don't worry and call it bad luck.
