Alright guys I've been 80 for awhile and recently just wanted to start running raids with my guild. From recount ive been doing 1800-1900 dps for heroics and 10man OS and Voa(havent tryed new boss yet). Heres my link

. What im looking for from everyone is; what can i do to improve my spec cause i knows its a bit sloppy; what trinkets should i look for and any other gear that i need for 10 man naxx; what kindve pet and its spec should i be using for raids? In advance thanks.

If you replace the agi/crit gem in your chest with agi/hit, you'll be hit capped with your current gear. For everything else, enchant agility (or AP if there's no WotLK agility enchant for that item).
Don't gem/enchant for crit, haste, armor pen---only hit until capped, then either agi or ap.
Mirror of Truth (heroism), Pendant of the Outcast Hero (heroism), Titanium Impact Band (jewelcrafting) and Ring of Invincibility (valor) are solid upgrades. Also, Darkmoon Card: Greatness is better for SV than even most Ulduar trinkets if you either have or can farm the gold to get it.
Once you get your gear enchanted, you should be good for any 25-man except Ulduar right now.
