Help with more DPS, PLEASE!

This is my toon, link is unfortunately with fishing gear. For weapon i have Demise and Helmet is Spiked Titansteel Helm with Chaotic meta dn Bold Dragonseye, +27 strength.
And here are my talents and Glyphs
At the moment i am putting out 2800 dps in 10 man raids and 3300 in 25 man raids.
What I am looking for is tips on better unholy build, gems, rotation, and gear. my gear is pretty good and I am doing big raids to get more for Ulduar. I have mining, JC and fishing so i can get and cut the best gems.
Any tips and or thoughts will be greatly appreciated!

Well for starters, Imp. Icy touch does close to nothing for your dps (especially since you've got Glyph of SS) and Toughness does (not counting the extra ap from Bladed armor) nothing for your dps.
You're also missing out on Gargoyle (one of our best dps CD´s)
Dirge is also not commonly included in UH builds and oftenly seen as a minor dps increase.
If you're only placing 54 points into unholy, I'd suggest something like
However since your gear appears to be semi-decent you may want to consider a 12/0/59 build, or a 0/10/61 build (they scale better with high-level gear and more suited for Ulduar encounters etc.)
I'm not a master DK by any means, but if you're looking to maximize your DPS, having 5/5
isn't helping you much. I understand the synergy with your 2/5
, but that's still a very tiny armor gain. Filling out Bladed Armor to 5/5 will help you a whole lot more (And the other 2 points into
I'm not sure about it, but I believe taking the 3/3 points from
Improved Icy Touch
and sticking them also into Dark Conviction would help you.
Considering you use Glyph of Scourge Strike, I'd assume you're trying to avoid using Icy Touch as much as possible. So why bother sticking 3 points into making a spell you rarely use more powerful?
I think the fishing hood and pole may be hurting you a bit, too. :D
I only see 2 of the 3 allowed Dragons Eyes in your gear, but that 3rd may just be in your real helm, or maybe I just missed it.
I think most everything was covered already but let me reiterate that Toughness is a COMPLETE waste of 5 talent points unless you are a tank. The bonus to AP just isn't there. With 15,000 armor (which is rather high when in DPS gear), it adds an additional 2250 armor which equates to only 63 AP. Many people feel that Toughness and Bladed Armor would go hand in hand but sadly they do not.
With Demise and the Spiked helm you have 333 hit rating when you only need 262 (8%). Get rid of the +stam gem in the boots and throw in a +Strength gem, re-enchant your gloves with +AP or better still +Expertise and get +AP to your boots instead of icewalker.
