I'm slightly below hit cap, should i downgrade trinkets?

Here is my armory,

I'm marks and i don't have the hit talent.
I'm currently about 2% below the hit cap, should i downgrade my
bandit's insignia
to a
sphere of red dragon's blood
or is the hit not worth the trniket change?
I've been using the sphere for hit, but i'm wondering if its better to just change to the AP trinket

Yes, it is worth it. I wouldn't go so far as to say that the Insignia is bad. It was one of the top hunter trinkets pre-Ulduar.
On a side note, Pyro, for the sake of my sanity, please replace your neck gem! You can do +hit and +sta and still keep the socket bonus.
The neck gem is to ensure that i always have a blue gem for when i switch my helms, the other one doesn't have a blue gem for the meta.
also upgrade all your 14 agi gems to 16s, why gimp yourself?
3rd level 80 that i wasn't investing much in when i put those gems in. I'll upgrade gems as i go, its not worth it for 2 more agi right now.

The Focused Aim talent applies to both hunter and pet as of the 3.1 patch, so it is safe to take.
I would put 2 points into it and swap one of your +14 agi gems for +8 agi/+8 hit. That will get you capped without gear compromises.
You can drop points in ISS or maybe 1 point from RR to get them, depending on your mana situation. I'd probably drop down to 1/3 ISS--it's a very weak talent now.

I don't see any blue comments/patch notes stating FA applies to pet, where'd you find the information that it now applies to pet?
I can't view/link the official WoW sites from work, but you should be able to google it, or just check the Elitist Jerks forums.
