First 80, could use Arena tips

The title pretty much sums it up, I'm planning to spec http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#fhxfoeMoiroczZ0xZebfbh0db:TjZmVc but for my last Glyph I'm torn between Vigor, Eviscerate, and Garrote. I'd like to think of myself as a pretty experience PvPer and I tend to re-stealth/LoS/circle strafe whenever I get the opportunity but as far as knowing which class to focus on I could use some advice. Could any of you help out or possibly link me to a site where I can find out?

Standard PvP Mut build you can't go wrong with. I would go with Vigor for the extra glyph because getting a 4set pvp gear is pretty easy as you can farm Hateful with just honor.
