Yes, there is a minor bug fix patch today. There is another post abut it with a link to MMOchampion and the blue post explaining it.

When I opened WoW it downloaded Patch 3.1.1, which was last tuesday, was it not?
I even read through the patch notes and read the exact same bug fixes as last weeks hotfix.

I think Blizzard released a statement after 3.1 saying they were going to offer these mini patch fixes more often instead of resorting to hot fixes all the time.
As for the patch itself, I downloaded it this morning and the patch notes were identical to last week's. That might be a mistake or something on Blizzard's part, I don't know. Pretty sure this is labeled 3.1.1a.

There was only one change in this patch.
Changed the paladin Exorcism ability tooltip to note that it cannot be used on players.
The functionality was already hotfixed server side, but the tooltip relies on data from the client. They had to release a tiny patch to change the tooltip file.
