At that level, warlocks are still pretty powerful/not the free HKs that they are in endgame. There's honestly not much else you can do at that level to try and bring them down.
Endgame, feral druids are masters of bringing down casters. Played right, we can burst a warlock down before they have time to react, and even if they do, we always have Berserk. At your level, though, it's a bit trickier. You're doing all you can basically, and if that isn't enough, then that just isn't enough. This game isn't tuned to make every level bracket of PvP perfectly balanced.

Pre 70 feral is low on the dps totem. Warlocks already have their self healing abilities.
Grind to 70/80. Be happy.
