What he means is that every single DK tank build should try to fit all of those talents in.
When it comes to info about DK tanking I strongly reccomend you look up these links for
gear
and
tanking
And remember, whether you wish to be Blood/frost/Unholy tank depends on your playstyle and preference mainly :)
