Your belt is green and therefore immediately suspect. Naxx-ready means purples and maybe some blues to most raid leaders.
You can get Titanium Weapon Chains relatively cheap on the AH. It's +28 hit each to 1-h weapons. That will get you up to the hit cap.
As SV, gem/enchant for hit until you're capped, then go for straight agility. Only get AP if there's no equivalent agility enchant.
Gloves can get +20 agility, bracers can only get +AP, etc. Everything should be enchanted, even if it's only 2nd-tier enchant instead of best---no one will expecf you to blow 500g on enchanting gear that will be replaced soon, but most enchants are fairly inexpensive.
You can get a good belt from the AH, as mentioned, or you can also get Varessa's Chain with Emblems of Heroism. Don't forget Eternal Buckle and +16 agility gem whichever one you choose.
