This is all just My Opinion but here is what I would do
loose some hit rating... I run with 360 and rarely miss even if I don't have a boonkin or draini with me.
So flip out some of your hit gems for +19 spell gems.
Your also missing a gemslot on your belt so buy a buckle and get more sp.
You could get close to 80 more sp just adding a buckle to your belt and loosing 50 Hit

errrrr, I just realized that you have an Ember Skyflare Diamond and you don't have any red gems....
Correct me if I am wrong but it requiers 3 red gems so therefore your meta gem is giving you nothing...
You should fix that... O.O
