Twinking at lvl 19 is no different from 'twinking' at 70.
Yes, it is, because everyone "twinks" at 70 as it gives you more benefits than simply being good at your battleground bracket.

If you're good, you don't need to twink. It should be a handicap that poor players use.
Unfortunately, once a few good players start down the twink path, it forces everyone else to follow suit.
I wish the game wasn't so damn dependent on gear. A player that has put 10x as much game time in, should probably have better gear, and that should be an advantage. It should not be such an advantage that it guarantees a win 100% of the time though.
That's what DAOC did, and it sucked. It made it so you couldn't PVP until you were basically at max level. Their gear/level balance was completely out of whack. A level 47- had very little chance of every beating a level 50. 3 level 42s couldn't beat a 50.

Well, why do you play world of warcraft? To have fun. People who twink are just people who want to have fun in a
"different"
way.

So you mean that a player that plays several hours a day, should have equal gear with those that plays 4 hours a week?
