Heya guys. I'm going for a lot of points into Unholy, and I can't decide which talents to drop in favor of
Night of the Dead
This is the build I currently have planned
.
It's a general purpose Tank/DPS/Farm spec. I understand I wont excell anywhere, but until Dual Specs i guess this is what I'll be running with.
EDIT:
Could
a build
without
desecration
and
Unholy Aura
work?

Frankly, you don't NEED unholy Blight for a Tank spec, most of your RP should be going to Runic Strike, Horn of Winter, and Gargoyle. In frost presence, your Pesilence and DnD are generally enough to hold aggro if you keep spamming them. As for can a Tank Build without Desecration work? If you want to tank instances, you want it. Can you live without Unholy Aura, definatly.
If you want Night of the Dead (I assume for the lowered down time for Army of the Dead), then I would drop Unholy Aura for it. The rest of the spec is pretty good. If you ever want to go full out DPS, you only have to make a few changes and you're still there.
Thanks for the reply. I've tweaked the build a little, and removed impurity instead. I hardly noticed any loss of DPS, so that's ok. I've kept Unholy Blight though, since it makes my life easier for AoE tanking.

Leveling my 2nd DK on a friend's server. The 1st was blood spec for leveling and it was awesome. No downtime and great soloing. This one is an orc at level 60 and I'm leveling him as frost. His armory:
Preying
of Suramar
Sorry, I respecced him already. He had:

Right now he's DW and it's definitely fun, but I really want to utilize the awesome axe he got from the DK starter zone with an Obliterate build. How would something like this look for general solo play, tanking, etc?:

This one is leaning more to tanking capability, and I would probably switch the blood points over to unholy down to BCB if I wanted to be full-on dps.
Any tips?
