you can always have a warlock friend summon and release an infernal, then misdirect that.
Solution to gold spammers, with added entertainment.

Oh god, I'm a warlock and my girlfriend is a hunter.
Does the target need to be in your party/raid to be misdirected? We need to do this >_>

I usually go with the old
"not speak english." and they usually don't reply.
I relpy back to them in Welsh sometimes i uslaly get WTF comments back, but did have conversation like this once
BEG: CAN I HAVE 50 GOLD PLEASE FOR SKILLS!
Me: Dim Deall? (basically Dont Understand)
BEG: Huh? can i have gold?
Me: Be? Dwi ddim yn siarad saesneg (what? i dont speak english
BEG:what? i just want gold please!!
And yes this kept going for a bit longer even though i just replied purley in welsh and in the end i just stopped replying giggling at how frustrated he was probably getting.
And others i just say ok sure ill give you gold .... reply of "cool!!" and ill say if you meet me though as im busy guy an all, they must just do search for level 70 chars as he was in org and i was in like Shadowmoon valley or somet ! he then asked if i could come to him lol cheeky feck

Ah... Bigredkitty's method is nice, and at the same time, it teaches them something.
But if they're really annoying, Hunters and Warlocks are great. Misdirect infernal/doomguard, etc...
I'd like to try summoning one to the gate of the Black Temple some time, be hard to get the timing right, but it'd be tons of fun, after all, they'd have to corpse hop all the way back to the flight point, and then fly all the way to the Dark Portal (which I think you can exit if you're below 58, just not enter).
Summoning to the room in Coilfang Resevoir at the end of the water tunnel would be fun too, would love to see how they get out of that (without spirit rezzing of course).

Occasionally, i get asked for gold, but as a warrior, people normally just want me to tank something.
Now, for some odd reason, i just think it's standard practice to understand what spec someone who you would like to tank needs to be. IE: A warrior needs to be Prot.
So, the one instance i'm referring to, i'm running through Stormwind on my horse and i get a whisper "Ned Tnk 4 BRS"
After a quick translation of Text/WoW language into the normal speakable kind, i said "No thank you, i'm not a tank"
They respond by asking me what spec i was (in not so many letters) I tell them i'm spec'd Arms with Fury for PvP.
"Oh, good. Cum tnk" By now i'm looking around for the person to give them some choice emoted messages. "I'm not spec'd Prot.... I will not tank"
They then tell me that i
could
. -.-
I have finally found the person, a squishy. Out loud now i say "It's not a matter of CAN it's just that i WONT"
From there they proceed to argue with me about my ability to tank. So finally i just break down and tell the to stfu and go shove their staff someone where their dress would hide it pretty well.
It seems that every time i get someone begging for something, they are VERY insistent, and eventually lead me to telling them something rather unpleasant and ignoring them.

The last beggar asked for 3 gold. I told him to bring me 20 copper ore, and I would give him 3 gold. He never returned....
btw, 20 copper ore sell for about 3 gold on my AH :)

I've got a good one for you all.
I was returning from a rep grind in Winterspring, and standing at the Darnassus bank when a level 5 Druid said aloud: "Can I have some gold, plz?".
Here's the whisper conversation.
Me: What do you need it for?
Him: I need it you help me start out til lvl 20
Me:....Really now, why's that?
Him: and i'm broke cuz I sold my staff and bought food and then ate it lol
Me:...
Me: /boggle
Anywho, instead of giving money, or the finger, I helped him with a quick quest that resulted in him receiving a better staff. Hopefully he keeps it, and stays self-reliant.
