"Do you think we are blind? That we don't feel every movement that happens within our domain?" Arana questioned, stepping towards the Elves. "These webs offer more knowledge than you can imagine. Every breath, every shift in weight, every fallen leaf. I feel it all through them." She stated.
She leaned down, close to the Ravenguards. The jewels upon her head seemed to flash, until it became clear they were actually blinking; four red eyes set within her hair. And with all six eyes total, she glared. "If you have words to make, then speak them now. I grow tired of this intrusion."

Taliria rushed forward, through Blades and Night Ravens, reaching Romuel and Altari. "By Elune, I'm glad you're all okay."

Silvarun Dustdancer
Location
Tirisfal Glades
Silvarun Dustdancer delicately wiped her sickle-shaped swords clean of the black blood of the loathsome abomination that lay dead at her feet. At least ten other undead were strewn within five feet of her, their frozen arms clutching at slit stomachs that were no longer bleeding.
The night elf turned her back to the carnage, long black cape brushing over the corpses softly. Silvarun glanced up at the full moon above her. It made the onyx armor that covered her from her feet to her neck glint dangerously. Silvarun despised the loathsome thing. It betrayed her presence; eliminated her darkness.
"W-who are you?" said a wheezing voice. Silvarun turned quickly, her waist length silver hair framing her pink, heart shaped face. But her beauty was marred by the intensity of her eyes. They glowed like silver augers of malevolence.
The speaker was a dying Forsaken male; a soldier who had probably been a boy in life. A farmer, perhaps old enough to have a wife, but barely if so, "Why...are you...doing this?"
Silvarun stepped forward, kneeling next to the dying undead. She was dazzling, her armor reflected the light of the stars like a beautiful chandelier. Her lush, full lips curved in a petite smile. She brushed a gauntleted hand lightly down the Forsaken's cheek. "I am simply death," her voice was like a chorus of silver bells, "I am a raven of the darkness; the talons of the night. I am a blade of the shadow..."
"But," rasped the Forsaken, shaking as blood oozed from his grimy mouth, "Why...us?"
"My blades," said Silvarun, "The wounds they inflict look like the axes of the orcs, yes?" The elf laughed, a sound that resonated like harp. The Forsaken could smell roses, why would an assassin where perfume? The night elf continued, "Isn't that interesting? I wonder what the Dark Lady will make of it?"
SIlvarun withdrew her hand, her face came closer to the Forsaken's, lips tantalizingly close, "You've expierenced an unfair death once..." Her sickle sword slid easily into the undead's throat. The Forsaken gurgled in surprise, then going limp, "So why would a second one surprise you?"
Oh yes, the night had fangs and claws. The longest of which was named Silvarun Dustdancer...

"Such assumptions." Arana balked. "Your kind thinks itself so wise, so old." She hissed. "Our progenitor sowed us into one of yours. When your kind was still feebly reaching into the darkness. Your tiny hands had just begun to breach the barriers so many mortals think absolute."
She leaned back upwards, rising to into the air and stepping forward. "And here you think we fear the tiny, scurrying... things you call humans."

"You call it hiding, we call it living." Arana stated. "Why would we desire to live like queens? We care nothing for you mortals. What desire would there be in ruling them?" She asked. "Would you desire to be ruler of an ant-hill?"

Taliria raised a hand, pulling herself away from Romuel. "That would be me, sir." She stated, bring her arms down to her sides.

Character:
Silvarun Dustdancer, Melana Moonblink
Location:
Tirisfal Glades
"Silvarun!" Another elf arrived on the scene, wearing armor identical to Silvarun. That was where the similarities ended, however. Whereas Silvarun was well curved and sleek, the newcomer was a heavily muscled female, imposing and powerful. Hair as black as the new moon hung to her shoulders, highlighting her violet skin. Black tattoos stretched across her cheeks, halting at her silver eyes, which flickered with a dim golden light. She held a long sword in her left hand, her right was clamped firmly on her hips as a dark look of disapproval spread across her features.
"What is it, Melana?" Silvarun intoned dryly. She resented the other elf for her beauty, one that matched, or maybe even surpassed, Silvarun's.
Melana pointed to the corpses, "And what do you think you are doing here?"
"I am merely inciting dissension between the orcs and the Forsaken, Melana," Silvarun laughed coyly.
"That is
not
what we are supposed to be doing! We are supposed to find legitimate proof of an infraction of law!"
Silvarun shrugged, "Murder will work just as well."
"And if the orcs can prove their innocence? This will blow our cover!" Melana started tapping her foot.
"You give them to much credit, Melana!" Silvarun laughed again, "They aren't elves; they are brutish thugs. More like an animal than a creature."
Melana growled, "Our leaders give you too much free reign, Silvarun." Black cords of energy erupted from her sword, striking the eleven corpses. They turned to dust, which scattered instantly, "Their disappearance will be hard enough to clear up! But I think I can manage it..."
Silvarun sniffed, "
You
can manage?"
The other elf glared at Silvarun, "Do not deviate again, Silvarun."
"As you wish, Melana..."

Character
: ?, ?
Location
: Stormwind
The now cloaked man stepped into the streets of Old Town, setting his hat onto his head. He set off at a swift pace, moving along the dark, drizzly streets towards the Keep of Stormwind. Lightning flashed briefly overhead, revealing sleek brown hair (currently very wet) framing dark green eyes (currently darting about the street, looking for potential followers). Eventually, the dark streets of the Old Town fell away behind him and were replaced by the well lit, well maintained (and well patrolled) pathways of the Keep itself.
As he neared, a palace guard held out a hand. "Halt, sir."
"Yes?" the man said, slowing his swift pace and coming to a stop next to the soldier. "Can I help you?"
"Name and address, sir," the guard said, approaching the suited man and coming to a stop. "It's late, well past visiting hours. If you wish to petition the king, I'm afraid you must wait until morning."
"Ah, of course. One moment," the man with the hat said, reaching into his jacket pocket. With a flourish, he produced a sheet of paper, which he handed to the guard.
The guard raised an eyebrow, but quickly scanned through the paper. After a moment, his eyes widened and he read through it again, then carefully folded it and returned it to the man in the suit. "My apologies, sir," he said, giving a low bow. "Welcome to the Keep."
"My thanks," he said, returning the paper to his jacket and setting off again.
