Lucien Greyfang
Howling Fjord
Lucien grabbed his bike; revving it to life once more and taking off along the dirt road with a roar.
Twisting the bike, he brought the back tire up; slamming it into the rock and rolling it off Vlad. "Move your ass!" He shouted, attempting to heft the assassin upwards as the wheels screeched on the ground; spinning in place.

"@#$%!" Lucien shouted as several smaller rocks bouced into the side of his bike; rolling past them down the hill. "Well, at this rate it's looking like life or limb!"

"I see you cause havoc wherever you go," came the remark from behind Jacob. Normally, Jacob would have jumped and turned to confront the intruder, but he merely shook his head.
"It doesn't matter. They refused to join," he said dully.
"That matters not," Tascoso replied, leaning against the tree and watching the chaos below. "You showed them a measure of Their power. They will be more likely to take us seriously, next time."
"If you say so," Jacob replied doubtfully.

Lucien turned his head at the roar; massive boulders boucing into the air and forcing the man to cut hi engine and dive; lest he be crushed under the tidal wave of stone overtaking them.

"Whoops," Jacob remarked. "I didn't mean to do
that
."
"You
did
mark a rock from the trail with the Mark of Luck," Tascoso replied, shaking his head. "What did you think would happen?"
"I dunno," Jacob replied, shrugging. "Nothing so extreme, though."

"Well %^&*..." Lucien commented, the ground under them beginning to move and shift.
The rogue picked himself up, grabbing at his bike. "Not good, not good!" He shouted, revving it and reaching out for Vlad again. "Come on!"

With Vlad on, Lucien gunned the machine forward, mud and dirt shooting out behind them as the entire world seemed to be moving along like a river of earth. "COME ON!" He shouted, swerving in and out of trees and tumbling boulders.
Suddenly, everything shifted sideways, Lucien fighting gravity to keep the bike upwards. "What?" He wondered, before realizing just what was happening.
The earth itself was moving down the cliff like a waterfall.
"@#$%! Change of plans!" He screamed, twisting and attempting to drive back up almost entirely vertical. The bike weaved back and forth, avoiding obstacles until one very large stone ripped out of the ground they were attempting to drive up; pushing the bike's tire up and suddenly sending it along a very quick descent downwards.
"DAMMIT!" Lucien yelled, trying to get them back onto the landslide in hopes to regain some sort of traction.

"Not if I have any say in it!" Lucien yelled, re-aligning the bike through a combination of luck and more luck. The wheels touched back down on the earth-fall, skidding along at the sudden sensation and nearly sending the machine back into free-fall.
Getting back up was a pipe dream at best, but there was no way in fel this was how Lucien was going to let them die. No epic battle against the Lich King, or facing down a giant insane dragon? Nope, not happening!
Lucien glanced along, trying to think of something. Following through the landslide would be a death sentance, but so would the wall otherwise.
"Okay, hold on Vlad." He stated. "Mother nature want's a race, we'll give her a race!" He shouted; revving the bike and sending it speeding down the falling dirt and mud faster than it was before.

Lucien pushed the bike faster than it had even been forced to move before; mostly because it had never fallen straight down before. Skidding through the mud, earch eventually gave way to pure stone; massive boulders tumbling through the sky and falling to the ground below.
The bike jumped, flipping through the air as Lucien stopped it for a moment; staring from his now upsidedown perspective in shock at the waterfall of land cascading downwards to the valley below.
Pulling the bike back over, the ground came up to greet them quickly. Not the moving, loose dirt they had just escaped, but solid un-moving ground. For the moment, atleast. Lucien hit the gas as he landed; the bike taking off and dispersing the inpact through its form.
Still couldn't have been good for the shocks.
"So much for the easy part!" He shouted, although his voice was drowned out by a defening roar as the landslide hit the ground behind them; exploding upwards like a giant wave and racing off in its quest to impatiently fll its new home within the valley.

Lucien made a mental note to hold Vlad to that one. He pushed the bike, noting the ride had become notably bumpier. As he had been afraid of, the shocks had given out.
Attempting to swerve, the lack of the bike's natural balancing made avoiding obstacles much harder and proved to cost him far more speed than he could aford. "This isn't good..." He muttered, the wave of dirt behind them collapsing with a roar and kicking up dust and debris as it began to simply grow outwards, rather than the explosion it had begun with.
Unfortunately, that led to it being much faster; the back wheel of the bike picking up along it and shaking them. Lucien grit his teeth, trying to get off the spreading loose earth and over-estimating the bike.
The duo flipped, the bike spinning and coming out from under them as it skidded along its side and shot outwards.
Lucien blinked, realizing they hadn't been swallowed up by the earth yet. Looking up, he watched the dirt continue to race by them, but not in great enough mass or force to pull them along to bury them.
Panting, the rogue looked up to where they had come from; realizing they had traveled considerably further than he had though since touching down. The landslide continued for the moment, but nowhere near the mass of earth that they had ridden down.
