GL pioneers! I am starting a lifestyle change tomorrow.
Would do it tonight, but I have to go grocery shopping and buy some things to get the new meal plan in action.
No more fast foods.
Cooking better quality meals (not tons of starches or carbs)
Using the tread mill 1 hour a day until I can manage longer.

Good luck! I also just started working out and bettering my life. I definitely have a lot more energy and feel a lot healthier.
Eat lots of celery, too. Cleanses the @#$% outta you (both figuratively and literally).

Good for you OP. I try to keep myself healthy and fit also.
I play volleyball at lunchtimes, or work out at the gym, and watch what I eat (I've recently cut out drinking beer, except on special occasions).

if i wasn't so convicted, i wouldn't write this post im writing now.
dont overwork urself. injuries are possible at any given time. do not exceed ur limit.
no one is god. =(
i just dont want to see anyone overworking, and then straining something or tearing something... when ur on the bed, with no more hope of ever being 100% again, it's pretty dark.
