If you have a fast flying mount, you can beat the fatigue flying from the Darkshore place to Teldrassil. As for Azuremyst, I think you have to take a boat from Teldrassil because it's in a different phase or something. You could try flying though.

You can get on the boat as horde- you just have to kill the NPC's. If you don't have the ability to do that, because you can't hit max level, then I'd recommend bringing friends who are max level.

If you head up to Darkshore, you can take a boat from the alliance town there to Teldrassil, and there is a boat in Teldrassil that goes to Azuermyst. Much easier than dealing with Stormwind, though to get the achievement you might have to head through the tree-portal into Darnassus, and deal with the guards there.

You can fly from Darkshore (
if you have at least Artisan level
) to Rut'theran Village (
start at 40.33, 12.3 to ensure you are at furtherest point of non-fatigue waters
) and then take the boat (at the west dock - 52.1, 88.96) that is in Rut'theran Village to Azuremyst Isle.
Be aware though, that Azuremyst Isle & Bloodmyst Isle are both no-fly zones, so you will be grounded.
The hardest part in getting the
Explore Azuremyst Isle
achievement will be in discovering Ammen Vale. The path into the valley is guarded by about 6 level 95 guards and as such will require multiple corpse runs through. For that reason, Ammen Vale should be saved for last so that you can just hearth out.

If you're a DK ... Path of frost, run from Darkshore to Teldrassil, you should live just long enough for the fatigue to fall off, then sneak past Rutheran Village and on the West side of it, there's a boat to Azuremyst. The NPC's on the boat are hostile, but will not kill you. Just make sure to stand at the edge of the pier and jump on the boat as soon as it arrives, on both ends, or you'll get knockback-shotted by an NPC on the boat. No damage taken, but you won't get on the boat.

Fast ground mount + water walking.
Assuming you pick the narrowest part, you should be able to cross the fatigue zone without dying. It will be close though.
From there, take the portal up to Darnassus and have fun fleeing the city to the rest of Teldrassil. From the docks at the base of Teldrassil there is a boat to Azuremyst. It may have changed since Mists, but when I did this during Cata the npcs aboard the ships were not actively hostile, there will be some guards in the vicinity of the docks, but not many.

The way I did it... take the zeppelin to Stranglethorn then fly to Stormwind harbour. Hover until the boat comes in at the south dock. Land on the top back deck of the boat. You should be able to avoid the npcs and it will take you straight to Ru 'Theran village from where you can fly to anywhere in Teldrassil or take the boat from th other dock to Azuremyst Isle.

buff from a shaman, you can cross over to Teldrassil from Darkshore even on a 60% mount.
However, I'm calling troll thread, BlackMonarch has been around for some while here now and shouldn't need to ask such questions, while the Cataclysm login screen, on the other hand,

been around for exactly two months now. Well, at least on live servers.

Awww, chill out! There's a difference between "trolling" and "pretending to be stupid for comedic effect". Unfortunately, when the latter is mistaken for the former, it can produce the exact same responses that the former is intended to produce, which often makes it hard to tell the difference.

It's a hybrid serious/troll thread. I really WOULD like to know how a Horde toon on a Wrath account can get to the Nelf/Dranei areas. However, I had to put SOMETHING in the OP, but I couldn't really add anything to "How can a Horde player get to Azuremyst/Teldrassil?", and I had just learned of the "lizard help" meme....(##RESPBREAK##)8##DELIM##Sas148##DELIM##You got the answer to your question...
