Hello ppl,
Since I reach level 90 and started the process of gearing up toward being raid ready, I had being always told that my DPS is low...
Tbh I don't know what to do any more... so i asking your help.
This is my Armory:
http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/twisting-nether/bloodkittie/simple
My stats are Aline: Str > Hit& expertise at 7.5% > Haste > Crit > Mastery > the rest.
I know I am not full enchanted and my gear is not yet maxed. but pushing around 28k~30k DPS in a boss fight and being told that my DPS is low just make me frustration...
My rotation:
1. Exorcism at the start and every proc.
2. Crusader Strike.
3. Judgment.
4. first 3 holy power up I use Inquisition.
5. Exorcism and on every proc.
6. Crusader Strike.
7. Judgment.
8. 3 holy power up I use Templar's Verdict.
Thanks in advance.

You have Crit and Mastery reversed. Crit is bottom stat for Rets. Pvp Gear is bad Blizzard changed the stats so that there is a difference.
When you say boss Fight are you doing Dungeons or Raids? In dungoens I'm at 35-40k with the same gear level as you. I can't remember want I'm doing in lfr I'll have to look next time I'm in.
One issue is that some of the boss fights don't last long enought for use to get our dps maxed. I remember doing this boss
Vizier Jin'bak
a few days ago with a S. Preist and a Hunter they where a little more geared then me but they where well over 190k each compared to my 40k. But there are alot of classes that are like that.
I think alot of the issue is that we need to learn fights. So that we know when to pop cds. and Depending on the fight depends on which talents to take.
But thats all I see overall.
here is my toon if you want to look. I have a few things that I'm going to fix like the Iqu. Gylph which seems to hurt my dps. And I also go lucky with the legs drop from Sha of Anger this past week.

get rid of holy avenger, as of right now, that is a huge DPS decrease for Ret.
I would also switch out selfless healer for sacred shield and put that into your rotation.
Sanctified wrath is numero uno currently.
your glyph of inquisition is also a DPS loss after 5 seconds into the fight and is exponential thereafter.
your rotation is now a priority queue rather than a set rotation.
Inq > TV @5 HP > HoW > Exo > CS > Jud > TV @3 HP
stack avenging wrath with GoAK and try to use execution sentence only during CD's as that will boost it's damage by a significant amount overall.
rather than just use TV @3 HP, and one of your skills is roughly at 1 to 1.5 seconds left off CD, wait and use those first rather than just spamming the hell out of TV. this may seem a little wierd, but it works better to wait and use HP generation then to spam it whenever able.
with that said, I wouldn't be surprised if you would hit 40k easily at that point.

Ok I'll call you on that as it looks like you got most of your Info on EJ.
SW only out damages HA when you have your full 4 peice teir 14 gear. And not till then. It will be a few more weeks till people have there 4 peices. I do agree with the SH drop for SS as it helps fill in gaps in ratio.
Also care to Explain Why you TV at 5 HP when the max you can spend for TV is only 3?

I don't use EJ actually, I use noxxic.com.
There will be times in the rotation where you will be able to sue TV@3HP and an exo may have procced or one of the other 2 or 3 (HoW depending on CD or enemy health) that come off CD in which the priority is building HP rather than spamming TV. I know it sounds weird, but even without tier gear, using TV at 5 rather than spamming at 3 boosts DPS by quite a bit. I've tested it many times myself because I was unsure too.

Ok that makes a little scents.
Also Noxxic tends to fell on some things just fyi. Don't trust them fully on things unless some of the more known sites comfirm the same thing. They tend to say to take X but don't give you the background as to why. Ret seems to be fine the only thing thats questionable is the Clem. Talent and thats debaitable depending on how much you use your hand spells. (To me its a PVP talent and not PVE)

Oh I agree completely. I don't use one over the other, I tend to look at several and go based off of what feels right to me and what I feel I can get more damage out of based upon my own dummy testing.
I just never liked how messy HA made Ret feel is all. (of course I did use the old rotation of CS>fill>fill...)
I'm plannnig on doing more for my won benefit to really tweak out what feels right to me though, but currently I stick with what I posted.

I would like to thank you both, I took both your advice and put them to play and I boosted my DPS to:
40k~45k on Dungeons boss fights.
34k~36k on LFR boss fights.
Once again thank you.

that talent is also used in PVE (since we are a support class) for the cocky mage/warlock/hunter that don't know how to control their initial aggro
