Helps ensure 100% uptime of your DoT effects really nicely. Regardless of spec (I've experimented a bit with all of them), this is an EXTREMELY useful tool which allows any lock to breathe in combat, instead of OCDing with getting off your DoTs at the very last moment they need to be refreshed. Refresh at your hearts desire and enjoy. :)

But of course it is and thats the way i like it.
I was only responding to the op qqing about lvl 90 perk.
Destro get almost nothing out of it and to top it up its about 5-10kdps less than the other specs.
I hope they balance thing out a little bit in the near future.

In my opinion this lvl 90 Talent is amazing! ( I roll destro btw)
Affliction: (3 Dots 100% up) has of course the most benefit of it and assuming you have to roll affli for most of the raids with huge movement every lock benefits.
Demo: (2 dots 100% up, 3 if you count HoG which is not 100% up) well demo does not really need the passive cos in meta you refresh corruption automatically and you enter meta again before doom dropps, but still good for movement and planing on burst phases.
Destro: (1 dot 100% up) Nice in AoE Fights with Fire and Brimstone, Immolate and Rain of Fire, it comes in handy for little movement fights, but with more than just a littel bit movement you should not play destro.
Im happy having dots 100% up for up to 150% duration, no need for a new spell in the rota like other classes.

It doesn't matter how much
helps Affliction over Demo or Destro, each spec is balanced around the damage they can output. People complain when we lose/gain certain abilities, but they don't realize that any stat based ability that we have changes our balance numbers. For example, we are now balance around having 3% less innate haste and 9% less periodic damage with the
changes. I know this ability is not about a stat, but it effects movement greatly, which will be negligible come 5.1 with the
change.
