There are reports that WoW works with certain emulators that enable you to run Win programs under Linux. Google around a bit.

WoW will indeed work in Linux using the program WINE (although you will take a hit in performance). If you are using Ubuntu, there is a guide on the website on getting it set up (although you'll likely have to search for it).

You can use WINE (short for "Wine Is Not an Emulator") to provide an appropriate environment to run WoW under. The last I recall, it was a simple install and no configuration needed. The only downside to using WINE is that it requires a bit of overhead. WoW will probably always run better under Windows or OS/X than it does under Linux, but if you're stuck with Linux then I believe it's the best solution available for you.
