Just for fun:
Let's not take into account Arthas or Uther. Which one will win in a fight if both are wielded by two identical people? Frostmourn ? or Ashbringer ?

Well it really all goes down to the wielder, rather then the weapon. Although you might have noticed this in Warcraft III, in the book Arthas feared he was going to lose against Uther and he was not wielding Ashbringer. He described it as Uther being a bear and him a leopard or a tiger. (I Forgot) The only way he’d won was by using his agility against Uther’s age. He said so himself that he could not withstand another hit from Uther’s hammer.

Actually is was Kil'jaeden who created the Lich King.

Actually, KJ sealed the soul of Ner'zhul into the armour that was created by the Dreadlords; also, apparently they've finally told the origin of the blade, and it was made by the Dreadlords as well;
Frostmourne Origin.

Frostmourne would own Ashbringer son.

Since Frostmourne lost to Ashbringer in the seat of power of the Lich King...I'd say otherwise.

To be honest, I believe that was a pathetic attempt by Blizzard to make the ending of WotLK another "good guys win, bad guys lose" scenario. Frostmourne was crafted (presumably) by the Nathrezim, given some more mojo by Kil'jaeden - who happens to be a very powerful eredar, mind you - and then given to the Lich King, who 'gave' it to Arthas.
You don't just break a sword like that. It's poor-sportsmanship in terms of roleplaying and scenario writing.
Of course, this is all my personal opinion.

And the Ashbringer was forged from the core of a Naaru....you know, the ultimate enemy of the Legion....

Holy, throughout WoW, has been set up as the be-all-end-all magic type. It is the only kind we cannot get resistance to, it effectively shreds Shadow, Fel, and Necromancy, and is apparently sentient.
Frostmourne was Infinity -1 Sword.
Ashbringer was Infinity +1 Sword.
It all played out exactly as it should have.
