Call Blizzard support. Trying to finagle something online usually doesn't work, but call them directly to talk with someone & explain the situation. They should remove the authenticator after verifying your identity.

Actually I recently dealt with something similar when the authenticator for one of my accounts was 'lost' as the iPod it was on got...umm... washed? >.> Support was extremely helpful. Of course things can differ in all cases but in my case, they asked me to answer my secret question, verify address, email, CC used to pay for the account... may have been one other thing. But it was all simple and fast and BAM! authenticator removed. This was like a month or so ago. Like I said, things can differ based on circumstances, but that's how it worked out for me.
Blizzard Support:
North America
Hours: 7 am - 8 pm Pacific Time, 7 days a week
United States 1-800-592-5499
Canada 1-800-592-5499
Hope this helps.

Sadly, you probably are not going to be able to recover it; may have to shrug and just start over.
