I can't be the only one who wants like a couple of hundred more 'Caverns of Time' dungeons/raids, am I?
I mean, they're so freaking awesome. I remember how much I fell into the Warcraft World when I played the first Warcraft games and all up to...well still doing it. ^^
I would really like to see more of these Caverns of Time dungeons/raids.
Something like:
-Parts of the First War
-Parts of the Second War
-When the Sunken Islands sunk. ^^
-Helping Gul'dan in the Tomb of Sargeras.
-Old Tirisfal Glades.
-Old Duskwood.
Something like this.
Do you have any good ideas about this?
Well, I hope you do, because many people(including me) would like to see that opinion. :D
C'mon, guys! Let's post some awesome ideas and have fun!
Sincerely,
Bjarki2330.

While they would be interesting, I'm sorry to say that we've most likely (and I'm talking a 90+ % chance) seen the last of the Caverns of Time instances. With Moruzond already confronted and defeated there is simply no reason to carry out the Infinite Dragonflight story and longer. I'd love to see multiple additions to them as well, since I love the idea of being able to go back and play through the old lore, but, unfortunately, the time (pun unintended) has come and gone.

I know, really sad. Really, really sad. :(
I really love to go back in time too.
I hope Blizzard could make an exception or find some way. But as Nozdormu said; he would grow to be like Murozond in time, but that time hasn't come and when it does, we really have to worry. Nozdormu/Murozond might be even more powerful from games to come.

Mt Hyjal had nothing to do with the Infinite Flight; it was just put in there for fun. They can put in new instances if they want to.

I always figured Hyjal was opened up for insurance, it being one of the most crucial events in all of Azerothian history. In my mind: the bronze flight opened it up and let adventurers in to ensure that the Infinite couldn't tamper with it if they tried to.

Weren't the wisps that should have killed Archimonde earlier held up and arrived later, meaning that the players had to hold him at bay until then? I mean, in game, he is capable of reaching the well and killing everyone, which definitely DIDN'T happen in WC3.
There was also one of the bosses, who wasn't supposed to be there or something.
I think the Infinites were just being more sneaking and less "BLARG! WE GONNA KILL YOU!"

I can see us getting one for the siege of Blackrock Spire. They'll probably keep using it for important events seeing as the Infinte's can technically attack any timeline, we might see some more of them. Depends really if Blizzard feels like expanding the timeline or any extra dungeons without making new maps anymore.

I could actually understand more appearing.
We've dealt with them, yes. But, at the same time, they were attacking the timeline. Some of their attacks haven't happened yet, even though they did, but we stopped them, but haven't yet, thus we need to go do it.

Heh, you are close: Blizzard said they just made it for the fun of it to let people experience the climatic finale of the Third War; there wasn't any actual danger in there to the Time line.

Well, i wish we could go to Quel'thalas in the past, i would be really glad to see Sylvanas when she was alive. Atleast stop something else from happening, idk.

Here as well buddy!
The fall of Gnomeregan would be lovely; you could escort the high tinker out of the city, we would witness a past Gnomeregan with guards.
Or maybe the retaking of Thunder Bluff from Magatha, it is rather awesome how it is written in the book and you would start from a past event. The event would start by making sure that the poison that Magatha is going to use to cause Cairne’s death would be secure. When you enter the room an infinite dragon would try to replace it, discourage you and fights you, like the opening of the dark portal. That would be a great dilemma, because according to the book Cairne should have been victories. But if Cairne didn’t die, thrall might have never fully devoted himself to shamanism, which might have caused the hour of twilight to occur.
Another one would be the War of the Three Hammers. The infinite dragon flight want to make sure the war will never happen, so they replacing Modimus Anvilmar with one of their own. Or maybe they want to make sure the dark iron clan wins, so that way Ragnaros would never be summoned.
The last one I have in mind at the moment is when Arthas returns to Loredaeron after the defeat of Mal’Ganis and the corruption of frostmourne. But before the event you would be able to visit past Lordearon. You would be granted a disguise determined by class. Warrior, paladins and deathknights would be deathknight. Hunters, rogues, monks and druids would be skeleton warriors. And mages, warlocks, priest and shamans would be necromancers. Unlike the second and third idea, this does not have the interference of the Infinite dragonflight. The event would end by seeing Arthas raise Invincible.
