Mine is Hall of Reflection. I still feel thrill when in random dungeon finder I see the screen with HoR.
You can mention more than one dungeon and if possible please comment on why you like that dungeon.

I'll have to cheat and use a Raid instance, but AQ (if I had to choose, 40). I've always loved the Qiraji for some reason...

Halls of Lightning. I could do some crazy tanking in that place. Giant pulls all the way through. It also was the most scary place to go into while leveling. That first boss would eat your face alive as a level 83.
Fun times

There was something about the Nexus that I always loved. I can't even pinpoint it, but even just thinking about it makes me happy.

I loved Halls of Reflection as well. It was one of the few dungeons which required you to be on your toes outside of a boss fight. And I don't mean on your toes like 'okay we know mob x does y, you'll have to use cooldown z to survive it' I mean like 'I may be a healer but that doesn't mean I can't run out, CC on the fly, stun a mob I pulled, and duck back behind the tank while healing' on your toes. Although I could be biased because basically every niche trick available to a holy paladin was fully usable and amazing in that instance.
It also forced you to move along quickly. No 'afk 15 minutes smoke break' nonsense. You got your group killed and they yelled at you until you left if you pulled that nonsense. As such it felt like it was the best paced dungeon.

Running HoR with the guild was not quite as painful, but running it with a PUG was terrible. I absolutely hated it when it popped up on my random que.

I think it was mostly fun as a Holy Paladin. The spec was so tailored to that dungeon you could literally carry a group through it. Need to CC an add? Turn Evil. Poisons and magic debuffs? Spam Cleanse, both gone at once. Heavy magic damage? Resistance Auras and Aura Mastery. Add beating on your tank too hard? HoJ. A lot of adds beating on your tank too hard? Holy Wrath. Add free casting and your tank is struggling to control it? Well look at you, you're the healer with the easiest access to a taunt. Taunt that thing and duck back around a corner. Downtime but not enough time to drink, or you couldn't quite finish one add off before the next adds started spawning, so you can't drink but you still have about 10 seconds of no casting? Divine Plea.
I can't think of any other example at any time throughout WotLK or Cata (the only expansions where I've played seriously) that any spec was so perfectly suited to any dungeon. I really felt like they made that whole dungeon just so I personally could heal it.

My fav is Well of Eternity. Nothing like spankin Mannoroth after Varothen dies and seeing that you are pullin over 100k dps. Kinda gives you a smiley face.

I gotta say that my favorite is the old SFK, but that is mostly due to nostalgia since I went there more than any other place with all my casters. It was one of the few instances I never got sick of no matter how much I did them.

I also really enjoyed the Oculus, despite what some people said. Tanking that was really fun.

Dis pear....so delicious! There was something about the Nexus that I always loved. I can't even pinpoint it, but even just thinking about it makes me happy.
Really? I thought it was pretty depressing. Good atmosphere, but it really, REALLY hurt to kill Keristrasza.
I think my favorite...may be Pit of Saron, primarily due to the semi-dynamic design that felt more like an open world zone than a linear instance. I liked a lot of instances though, overall.
