why would sprint glyph be mandatory for sub (which has great mobility already) and only optional to mut (suck mobility). It makes much more sense to me prep, garrote, blind for sub.

Blind
:
Disorients the target and may determine the win or loss of a match.
Be sure that your Blind target is completely free of dots, because it breaks easily
Do not forget
Glyph of Blind
I was about to write that too, but it's mentioned in the glyphs for both specs.

Very nice guide, spot on with everything, apart from the point that blowyourbrain brought up - glyph of sprint is a bit wasted on sub, and prep is definitly better, probably regardless of comp. One more thing - I've been thinking what sub should aim for with stats - I thought haste would be the least likely. It is valuable for muti for getting poisons up (and auto dmg), but that doesn't really matter for sub, I thought - something like crit would be much better.

Its mandatory for mutilate aswell, go look again.
And to answer your question:
Teams value to have an ensured sap at the start, this isnt always possible granted.
But there is no need to gimp your chance for it.
And it still is a good glyph of its high mobility increase.

Regardless of comp?
Here ya go:
Rmp.
The mage could easily pack his glyph of sheep, leaving you with garrote, sprint and prep.
It is comp dependant.

Haste now also increases energy regen.

I'm a JC. Going sub for pvp, should I go with Mystic (67 Resilience) or Quick (67 Haste) Chimera's eye for yellow sockets, or stick to the one you mentioned? same with the blue socket, should I use the one you mentioned or go with the Rigid Chimera's eye (67 hit)? I will lose the agility if I go with the JC cuts but I already have the Delicate Chimera's eye.
Depends on your gear and epvalues.
The 67 haste is surely better than the 67 resilience, but the question is if the 67 agility is better than the 67 haste + socket bonus.
This varies from item (socket bonus/ep) to item.
The hit is pretty obvious, only gem for it if you are not capped for it.
You can put in those hit gems and use less hit pvp gear for haste pvp gear.

The energy cost of those key abilities are so low that the extra increase in haste will be almost neglectable.

why not take both and skip something else like Imp. reup?

Why?
Improved recuperate will be up 100% of the time, while you'll only seeing the extra opener combo point after every opener and will prolly be wasted during shadow dance.

Why would it be wasted during shadow dance? dont we use Ambush during shadow dance? so thats 2 CPs every attack. Or did i get you wrong?
