For me, I get this quite often.

I thought everyone knew 95% of female characters are guys IRL.

None at all.
By now people should be used to the idea that 1 in 99 players is a girl, and the rest aren't.
You must be on a rather pathetic server to have such players pester you.

I don't recall it has ever happened. And I've had female Blood Elves since they became available...

Almost never, while I play a female draenei as well.
Well...I don't count guildies...those are special anyway

I dunno, I think it may be a more european thing, since I am playing there and most of you are on US realms.

Do you boys have to put up with that a lot?
Yes, it seems like even though they know most female characters are guys IRL, they will still seem to treat them a bit nicer for some reason.
If you play a male you do seem to get a bit more stick.

Zero. In fact.. I've had a couple woman hit on me... assuming I was male playing female....
I love this quote. I love how some male players manage to take advantage of others by acting female.
I also know some guys who just enjoy the politeness when playing as female, and if "presumed females" get angry, I find that those around them tend to calm down or become quiet rather than troll the hell out of the person. There is quite a large difference in how females and males are treated in the game, so I don't blame anyone for roleplaying the opposite gender.
I tend not to treat people differently based on presumed gender though, but rather based on how I know someone.
My female characters haven't received much random attention, but it does happen once in a while. If you play the role out through chat, it'll obviously happen more often.

I haven't had any problems/attention whatsoever on my only female toon, a draenei mage. But I plan on playing more female toons, so we'll see...
Anyhow, I remember reading somewhere that while guys are more likely to hit on the "prettier" females (draenei, night elf, blood elf), females IRL tend to play on the "uglier" toons like orc, tauren, dwarf, etc.
I guess because they don't get as much attention.
