DK works incredibly well(his peals, your mobility.... it's amazing), and rogues work descently along with what Kuduxx said. Geared/skilled warriors wreck just about anything right now and still go well with druid. Mage+priest teams are all over the place right now, so playing war+druid is tough atm.
Ret is nearly dead in arena right now. Prot is descent, but requires a sham or priest to help interupt/drain, but I have seen it(it will be tough, guaranteed).
Gear wise. Stam/resil stacking is bad. Finish enchanting, get rid of the stam gems, get 5% hit and 75 Spell pen, get a sp trinket(
battle master
or
60 frost emblems
). Use 4p kodo with titanforged shoulders or 5p kodo. Don't use PvE chest. That's a TON of resil down the tubes. Upgrade your cloak and neck.
You should be good then.

Prot/ret pallies are not dead.
And I would recommend arms warrior or unholy dk.
For 2's.... Yes. Yes they are. They need top gear for a healer to even blink at them. With the amount of disc+mage teams(HARD counter to Paladin+healer), it doesn't have a chance in hell without a sham or priest, both of which need a partner who can peal.
This
is what your gear should look like. Notice the crazy difference in SP. The lack of stam does hurt, but played well and with a descent partner who can peal, it's not too bad.
Lack of SP is what hurts resto druid the most.
