You could start by going to blizzards website or forums and getting the information there. You could also search here for the two or three posts per week about the exact same thing.

If your login is asking for an Authenticator key that you personally have not added to the account, then yes, you have been compromised. Please contact Blizzard to get the authenticator removed. In the mean time, run Malware scans, virus scans, and invest in your own authenticator to stop this from happening in the future. Pleas have your CD Game Keys ready, and any possible proof that the account is yours.

Fed, do you have the code for that post saved in a Word doc or something? :P
Edit: After looking at your profile, I realize that's where you keep it.

When i try password retrieval, i get this question about who was my friend in high school, and I haven't even set a question like that, so I dont know the answer!
Yes, you did set an answer to the "secret question", it's a step during account creation that MUST be completed. You just didn't pay attention, and didn't bother to remember whatever you typed in, that's all.
You say you don't know how to contact Blizzard, but instructions how to do it is readily available through all the relevant websites. Please, try not to be so completely helpless, ok? :P
Actually, they are not that readily available. Most people do not even know where to start looking, and even my copy of the game manual does not have it in it.
That is why i took the time to create a macro, with all the relevant information to place on topics that need it.

I have followed the right channels. I have even talked to Blizzard support in which they reset my password and got rid of the authenticator. However, Im currently watching my own character continue to make progress through the armory. VERY frustrating!
Well, check for malware.. and get an authenticator asap
