Light Well ..absolutly horrible...
lightwell ain't bad, in raids it's another bandage you can use to have the healers keep spamming heal on the tank instead of switching over to the DPS to place a renew or something,
of course, it does suck in 5 mans but it's not completely useless

tanking = first to die (hence hard to use)
healing = last to die (and you're probably the only rezzer in a 5 man anywho)
retadin = ..... never seen a retadin in an instance/raid before, so i can't comment on that
most retarded spell to use at most times (unless you know you're going to wipe: i.e. pulled 4 trash pulls at once)
It's a good form of wipe prevention if you've already used your soulstone and your shaman's resurrection thingy and your combat rez and you have nothing else to fall back on. Plus, you don't lose durability from a DI death. It's more useful than you'd think~!
That said, having it in real life would be very depressing. Martyr complex, like.
