Happening to me as well.
I bought a year of time a few weeks ago.
I second this. I just yesterday bought some premium time after being inactive for long and already thought there was something wrong with my bank account or something but Zam.com says my status is premium.

Funden, logging out of all Zam sites then relogging to Wowhead and updating premium status in settings fixed the problem for me.

I've tried this several times and nothing seems to be working. I checked ZAM and it says I have premium until next year. Also when trying to update premium status on Wowhead the sometimes I get the message Your Premium status was updated successfully. while others I get An error occurred while updating your Premium status.

I'm having the same issue, and re-logging does not help; nor does refreshing my Premium status. I know my subscription has not run out, and it would have refreshed anyway, so there has to be something that's not quite functioning correctly.

Just refreshed this page and the ads seem to have disappeared and there is no longer a Premium Upgrade option on the menu when hovering over my name.

+1 Same problem, just tried this fix, cleared ZAM/Wowhead cookies and cache, and it didn't work.
I'm not sure if this is happening to everyone or just a few of us, so I'm posting this elaborate "me too" for now.

I'm now getting this, when I wasn't a few days ago like other users. I've checked my emails, and can't see anything from ZAM telling me that my premium's up for renewal or anything like that, and I'm sure that I was last billed in September, as my renewal's due in late December on ZAM, and on ZAM I'm also showing as a Premium member. :/

I'm getting this too (already reported by email). None of the fixes (logging out/in and resetting premium status) are working; my premium status is missing in WH. I wish I'd seen this thread before I purchased a one-year sub. Sad panda.

I set you to have premium, I am pretty sure we fixed this from the email. Patty's was also fixed but now is reset; I wonder if something reset it again.
Log in and out and see if it works now for you. I'll have Koper look into this early next week. We're actually looking into revamping the entire premium service as well in the near future (next couple of months), so hopefully this will alleviate bugs like this by intertwining ZAM/Wowhead premium much better.(##RESPBREAK##)2##DELIM##Ashelia##DELIM##
