If you really have the 277 gloves (which suggests that you've been doing ICC hard modes) it probably should even really be an issue, since you really ought to have plenty of frost emblems by now.
If, instead you have the 264 gloves (which you might have gotten off Toravon in 25 man, or with a mark from Saurfang), you're looking at
this. I suppose dropping 4t9 might be worth 72 haste and about 40 SP.
If you have the 251 gloves, (which drops off Toravon 10 man, or you can just buy for 60 frosts) then you're looking at
this comparison instead, or only 63 haste and 22 SP.
Personally, I'm sticking with 4t9 until I can get 4t10, but you should
at least stick with it until you can get 2t10. Even if only one in five (20% raid buffed crit chance) of your Rejuv ticks is critting, that's a still going to be about a 5% increase in healing (assuming that you do about 50% of your healing from Rejuv; it goes up if Rejuv makes up a larger portion of your healing than that).
