Zekraf, as a new player, you will learn that your talents have little to do with your success at low levels. If you evaluate the benefits to each talent tier, it is only a 5% or so gain to dps/survivability so don't sweat your talents too much.
Gear is usually the issue for warriors. As a warrior, you have done a pretty good job at keeping your armor close to your level. It is difficult unless you have a lot of gold to buy items off the AH or if you run instances a lot. The main factor is your weapon of course, so keep that updated or your dps will fall behind as you level.
With that being said, take a look at this guide if you want to get into running dungeons as a tank although any tank class (pally, warrior, or bear druid) can tank in any spec because the mobs don't hit too hard until about lvl 40 but that is where the tanking trees gain some nice threat generating and damage mitigation abilities.

Utitlize all your skills so that when you charge in Rend is up, Thunder clap, Overpower when you can, and burn any extra rage with Heroic Strike. With a decent weapon relative to my level, I find that by the time I've used 3 or 4 of those skills I am ready to hamstring as they try to flee and I have terrible armor other than my 2 hander.
Hope this helps and let me know if you have any specific questions.
