Today in VOA 25 I got http://www.wowhead.com/?item=48064
I have http://www.wowhead.com/?item=48067, buy my current gloves are better.
I am also about to get 60 frosties and could get a 251 tier piece.
I have several emblems of triumph.
Shall I get just get http://www.wowhead.com/?item=48068 or http://www.wowhead.com/?item=48071 or just stick to my current equipment? Considering I should spend money on re-enchant and re-gemming? Personally, I do not find much use for the 2 tier bonus, but would like your opinion as well.

2-piece Tier 9 bonus is so good, lots of us in ICC25 are still considering using it. Get the 2-piece bonus by whatever means necessary. The shoulders are the cheapest to buy with emblems. It would make me cringe going from a 245 to a 232 as well, so try picking up a Trophy somehow and getting the T9.245 shoulders or hat.
