Up-To-Date Ret PvP Guide

I was looking through the stickies, and there's a surprisingly small amount of information on Ret PvP. I was wondering if anyone could reccomend a good guide I could look at to get me started. I've played a Paladin for a long time, but never as a PvP character. This is also my first dip into retribution so I'm lost to say the least.

Oh and as per How to make flamebait-free Paladin threads , I'm interested mostly in arena pvp, but a nice BG spec to mess around with would be great to have too.
