How are you for gold? If you have plenty, there are some excellent ilvl 175 blues and ilvl 200 purples you can craft - Titansteel Shieldwall, Tempered Titansteel Helm, Tempered Saronite bracers, gloves, etc., Daunting Legplates, Titanium Earthguard Ring, Armor Plated Combat Shotgun, etc.
Also, the regular (non-heroic) ToC, FoS, PoS, and HoR have phenomenal tank loot. ilvl 200 purples in reg ToC, ilvl 219 purples in the ICC-5s.
