Frost badges and what to do with them

Ok i have a problem because i have 75 frost badges and i'm not sure wether i should spend them on the malevolent girde, the war token, the t10 shoulders or wether i should keep saving them and get the dps t10 legs or helm or the castle breaker's battleplate.
i would appricate any help offered
