Was i wrong?

just want to get ur input on whether i was wrong to do this.
i have recently created a DK, and it is my first tanking char, so when in an instance i always mark my targets so the dps can attack the same target.
get into an instance, and i state before we start that i mark targets for a reason (i am nub tank) and to please attack the targets in order (skull cross square unmarked, for example)
so on single target i am good wit agro, we get a grp of 4 mobs, i run in HB, PS, BB, BB, BT, BB for grp then start on the skull, half way thru i notice the S priest is on the unmarked (skull down startin on X) so i get the agro back etc. after this happens 3 times i say to the S priest again, that i mark em for a reason, and ask him to follow the kill order, next grp pull he again attacks wrong target, after i say that if he pulls agro he can tank it (unless it is the marked mob i am goin for then its my fault)
next pull he goes for wrong target, pulls agro and dies then quits the grp saying i should L2Tank
was i wrong for doing this?

If you were marking the proper (or good enough) kill order then they're just being unreasonably difficult.
If you were in say OK and saving spell flingers for last and the SPriest was busy nuking them before they got off any shadow blasts then they were in the right but should've attempted to correct you. (and the rest of the group)

Im with nycgansta, as the tank you are the fearless leader of the group running in and getting your face smashed (kinda). Their are tons of idiots out there that just want to do their own thing, at the cost of a 20 minute wait period to get into heroics as a DPS, he'll either learn to follow the tank or sit in dal for the next hour doing nothing when he hits 80.

just to clarify, it was nexus (norm), and i normally mark healer>spellcaster>melee. and the priest was constantly attackin the melee before spellcasters were down. needless to say, when he left we got a pala and he followed the kill order, and no deaths/agro problems for me from then on :)

You do not sound like a noob tank to me. Dont let the fools to turn you down.
Oh, just wanted to note... in your rotation, you didnt notice Death and decay, and you only used 5 runes out of six in the one you wrote up there... but i suppose you do use that ability and that sixth rune, so this is just a little nitpick.

This is wrong.
For AoE pulls you should
DnD HB BB
OB (HB) BB HB (OB (HB)) BB
For Single target you should
IT PS OB (HB) BS BS
OB (HB) OB (HB) BS BS
Where the items in parentheses depend on Rime procs
