Need some help with a good tanking build for my lvl 80 bear. I am a Lvl 80 Night Elf hunter Marks Spec and have a new bear for tanking and have some issues with a good build, most of my pets are DPS pets.

Buy a second spec, go beastmaster, then spec the bear something like this for example:

I've got a bear with that spec, he's damm tough. :) Not sure what marksman would do, you can drop the 4 extra talent points without too much trouble I suppose (only half the healing from Silverback, no extra health from Wild Hunt), but beastmaster makes the pet a lot stronger overall and that might have a bigger impact. Spirit Bond for example buffs your mend pet a lot, and that is useful when you want to have a real tanking pet that stands up to a big beating. Then there's all the passive buffs to health, armor etc in the beastmaster tree, improved mend pet to cleanse debuffs off your pet etc.
More pet AP from beastmastery talents makes your thunderstomp stronger, better at holding multiple mob aggro, and Longevity gives faster thunderstomps = even more multimob aggro. Make sure you pick up Bestial Discipline and Go for throat in the marksman tree though, you want plenty focus available for your bear friend...! :)
