Returning to WoW WTF do I do?

So after a 5 month hiatus I ahve decided to return to wow out of sheer boredom. (Don't judge) Anyways When I left ToC had just come out and I never got a chance to run it. With new badges and all sorts of new dungeons where should I start?

I used to tank our 25 uld group but it seems that won't get me far these days. What should I focus on to get into higher level raiding? What gear should I pick up with badges etc, for tanking?

Here was my gear before I left.... Any suggestions would be helpful....On gear and or spec....

-Run all 3 ICC heroics every day for the tons of upgrades available. Not just for tanking but also dps gear. These heroics all drop better items for the exact same slots that hc trial of the champion also covers, so you can just skip that stage of gearing.

You might even find that the three ICC Normal dungeons have some upgrades (it's 219 gear), so I'd browse through the gear lists for them and see if there's anything you can use.
