I ran the repair tool, now i'm back to here. There's nothing on wowiiki from that far back, nor anything off google that I can trust. How do I patch up efficiently and safely?
Your WoW installation is at that? Just try to run the game and it will automatically download and install up to the current patch before letting you log on.
my internet provider blocks the necessary ports. I have to manually download... Yes, it sucks.
Are you sure its your ISP? That is extremely unusual to block those ports. Its much more likely blocked by your firewall or your router. Also, just because the blizzard downloader says you are behind a firewall does not mean you will not get the patch. Mine always says that and i get the patch downloaded just fine.

Try downloading of the blizzard websiteThat will only give you the 3.0.1 installer anyway.
which is one of the most reliable patch mirror sites out there. In your case, just download and install every file starting at the bottom with 3.2.0
If wirebrain happens to be down or blocked, try the stuff at
(yes, WoWWiki has the 3.x.x → 3.2.0 files, too. These will work with what you have right now. Just pick the right locale :))
Blizzards offical FAQ listing patch mirrors, including ones for the older patches you're looking for. Good luck with it.
You could just start the Blizzard downloader through the WoW Launcher and open the preferences window and turn OFF distributed downloading. It'll likely go slower, but it'd be automatic - no hassle trying to find the right patch files.
Besides, as someone already mentioned, just because the downloader complains about it being blocked doesn't mean it isn't downloading... It just doesn't download as fast as it might have been otherwise.
