Some party frame UI's have a target-of-target built in to everyone's frame instead of just your target's frame. Not sure which one's do that though since I don't believe nUI (which I'm currently using) has that feature.

Xperl, Shadowed UF, AG UF, Perl Classic, Pitbull, VuhDo all have Target of Target, among others I would bet. IIRC Target of Target is an option to enable for the default UI also, however, as stated, you may want a focus and focus target instead, which I think is not available in default UI.
If you are looking for something easy I recommend AG, something slightly more difficult but far more customizable would be Shadowed. For click heals, VuhDo i s good with or without mouseover macros.

You can also use tank targets. They're in the default UI (very primitively) and they're also in other addons like oRA2.
