Trading Emblems of Truimph for Emblems of Heroism

Lets say I have 110 Emblems of Triumph that I think I can use best by turning into Emblems of Heroism and purchase some heirlooms for my blooming priest toon. Is it legal to trade in that many emblems of Triumph for that many Heroism Emblems? Never done that before.
