Ok this is my little mage who I have neglected for a bit:Morgonlong
Now I am really thinking about dual talent but I am comfortable with my Arcane. I just want to start leveling him up some but equipment, glyphs and talents drive me nutzo.
I will accept any help or critique.

I checked out the FAQ link above. I don't know what happened but '6.2 Leveling as Arcane by Nickseng'
is so wrong right now (may have been a link problem, I don't know, but his link shows lvling PvP Arcane talent)
I got a lot of help from Caribou16
's sticky but seems like he didn't last check out the link.
Now to the OP,
First, when lvling you need to sacrifice some PvP talent in order to grind mobs faster.
@lvl 59, I would suggest this build (http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#ocxVch0Iz0GuMugb:zmZVm
@62, This build (http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#ocxVch0Iz0GuMugdb:zmZVm
Also, you will learn Molten Armor
. Ditch your Ice Armor and use MA (pity..it worked so well with Torment the Weak
You may change Glyph of Evo to Glyph of Molten Armor
but personally I don't advise it. Yes, glyph of Evo is a pvp glyph but with 2min Evo, it just doesn't seem worth the trade (if you are playing in a PvE server definately go for Glyph of MA)
@64, build (http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#ocxVch0Iz0GuMugdr:zNZVm
You will learn Arcane Blast
. Glyph of Evo -> Glyph of Arcane Blast
Well, I think I covered through important lvls for Arcane Mage. I should mention that I lvled my mage as Fire, currently shelved (lvl 65, my scribe toon).
Couple of days ago I thought about un-dusting him re-speccing as Arcane, so I did some research and above is what I plan to do.
Well, to tell you the truth, if it were my toon I might spend some more talent points in Arcane tree filling up rest of the talent after picking up ABarr.
But I didn't want to get flamed for ignorance so I took the other way around :P
(two choices I guess, go down Fire tree so that you can pick up Pyro, or go down Frost so that you can pick up Icy Vein.
If you have any Qs I am more than happy to explain why I chose the above build, such as omitting some vital talents when seen in the eye of Arcane mage raiders. (what I wrote above is totally based on lvling)
P.S. Oh, one more thing. Don't buy BoE items. Generally they're way more expensive than what they worth in the AH (price for AH greens is set on Enchanting power lvlers)
You can start quest at Hellfire Peninsul @lvl 58. Most items you can get from quest, cept wrist slot.
