It's a good question. And an unavoidable one.
Ideally, LB should be kept up on as many mobs as possible at a time. But, yes, some tanks suck. Simple fact. And you'll have to play yourself down to make things go best.
Basically... Yeah. Stop with the LB'ing if the tank can't handle it. You don't have to eliminate it. Just cut back. In a 4 mob pack, LB 3 or 2 instead of them all.
Sadly, it doesn't matter WHY it's pulling threat. It just is. So you have to stop. Find yourself stronger tanks to run with and you'll be able to play as you want =)
