You're missing out on a couple key talents if you want to raid with that, and one of your glyph choice is off.
It seems like you haven't even hit 80 yet, so my advice is to hit 80 first, learn a &*!@load about warlocks, and then start theorycrafting. Before that, read the stickies.

Extra health is only good for leveling/questing purposes. For raiding, it's sacrificing too much dps for it to be of any use. Switch that to Life tap glyph and pick up a cookie cutter affliction spec from the stickies over at Elitist Jerks forum
